Position Purpose The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, industrial relations and people strategy across the College. Reporting to the Business Manager, and working closely with the Principal and College Council, the role provides high-level strategic advice while ensuring robust operational delivery across recruitment, performance, compliance, staff development, WHS and organisational development. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the College attracts, develops and retains outstanding staff, while reducing corporate risk through strong policy, systems and legislative compliance. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or a related discipline Demonstrated senior-level experience in Human Resources Management Proven delivery of complex HR and IR advice Strong knowledge of employment law, WHS and child-safe frameworks Experience implementing contemporary HRM practices and HR systems (HRIS) Highly developed communication, mediation and stakeholder engagement skills Membership (or eligibility) with AHRI is highly regarded Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain one Experience in an independent or faith-based school environment is desirable Application Process Applications close: Friday 9 January 2026 Redeemer Lutheran College reserves the right to interview and appoint prior to the closing date.
